Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear information regarding refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, and challenge delivery.

1. Nature of Services

Tragene Funded provides digital trading evaluation and challenge services designed to assess trading skills in a simulated environment. We do not provide physical products, investment advice, portfolio management, or real capital investment products. All purchases are for the right to participate in an evaluation program.

2. General Refund Policy

Challenge purchases are digital evaluation services. Due to the immediate allocation of resources and infrastructure upon purchase, all transactions are generally non-refundable. Refunds are considered only in limited and exceptional circumstances as outlined in this policy.

"Purchasing a challenge does not automatically create a right to a refund."

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Duplicate Payments

Accidental multiple payments for the same challenge purchase.

Non-Delivery

Payment deducted but challenge credentials not delivered within 48 hours.

Technical Failures

Platform-side critical failures preventing service delivery or account access.

Transaction Errors

Duplicate transaction processing issues identified by our payment processor.

Note: In some situations, challenge delivery or account replacement may be provided instead of a monetary refund.

4. Fraud Prevention & Investigation

To protect our platform and community, all refund requests are subject to rigorous review. Possible triggers for deep investigation include:

Suspicious payment activity
Fraud indicators
Multiple account misuse
Chargeback abuse history
Identity inconsistencies
Platform exploitation attempts

5. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Strictly No Refund
  • Challenge credentials delivered successfully
  • Failure to pass the challenge evaluation
  • Account termination due to rule violations
User Error Cases
  • Intentional misuse or platform abuse
  • Incorrect challenge size or type purchased
  • Failure to review challenge rules/requirements

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider is considered a material breach of our Terms. Any such action will lead to:

Immediate account suspension
Challenge cancellation
Internal investigation report
Permanent platform ban

7. Refund Request Window

7 DAYS

All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date. Requests received after this window will not be considered.
