Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, purchasing from, or otherwise using this Platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, Policies, and all rules incorporated herein by reference. If the User does not agree with any provision of this Agreement, the User must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes continuing acceptance of this Agreement, including any amendments made from time to time.

The Platform reserves the unrestricted right to refuse access, registration, services, or continuation of services to any person or entity, at its sole and absolute discretion, without obligation to provide justification or notice. Eligibility to use the Platform is subject to internal compliance, risk assessment, and policy considerations.

The User represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and possess full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Any access or use by a minor shall constitute a material breach and may result in immediate termination without refund, liability, or obligation on the part of the Platform.

The Platform reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including but not limited to prior to payout, during review, or after challenge completion. The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and verifiable documentation. Any discrepancy, falsification, refusal, delay, or suspicion arising from KYC may result in payout denial, account termination, or permanent restriction. KYC approval does not create a vested right to payout.

Any conduct deemed by the Platform to constitute misuse, abuse, manipulation, circumvention, or unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation: Exploitation of bugs, delays, or system behavior; Abnormal, artificial, or manipulative trading activity; Unauthorized automation, EAs, or scripts; Copy trading, mirroring, or coordinated trading; Account sharing or credential misuse; Latency, execution, or tick arbitrage; Reverse engineering systems or logic; Providing false or misleading information. The Platform may take action based on suspicion alone.

Upon detection or suspicion of any violation, the Platform may, at its sole discretion and without limitation: fail the challenge, delay/deny/cancel/reverse payouts, suspend or terminate accounts, permanently ban the User, and forfeit all fees and benefits. No refund or compensation shall be owed.

The Platform is a skill-based trading evaluation service only. The Platform is NOT a broker, a funded trading firm, an investment advisor, a portfolio management service, or a financial intermediary. No real capital is provided at any stage. No activity constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or an offer of investment.

All trading activity occurs exclusively on simulated or demo accounts hosted via third-party infrastructure. Simulated results may materially differ from live market results due to execution mechanics, liquidity, latency, and data variance. The User acknowledges that simulated performance is not indicative of real-world trading outcomes.

Each challenge operates under its own specific ruleset. Applicable rules, limits, and conditions are displayed on the Platform interface and may vary per challenge. The User bears sole responsibility for reviewing and complying with all applicable rules.

Rule compliance is monitored via automated systems and may be supplemented by manual review. The Platform relies on demo server data and internal logs. All determinations are final, binding, and non-appealable.

All payments are consideration for evaluation services only. All fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not constitute an investment, deposit, or entitlement. Pricing and fees may be modified at any time.

Challenge purchases are digital evaluation services. Refunds may apply only in the following cases: duplicate payments; payment deducted but challenge not delivered; technical failures from our side. Refunds do not apply in the following cases: completed challenge purchases; rule violations; fraud or misuse. Any refund request must be submitted to support within 7 days of the incident. The Platform reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion based on internal verification.

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or fraudulent payment claim constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Upon such action, the Platform may immediately terminate the account, invalidate challenges, cancel payouts, and impose a permanent ban. The Platform may submit logs, records, and activity data as evidence to payment processors or authorities.

Passing a challenge does not create an automatic or guaranteed right to payout. All payouts are subject to internal review, compliance checks, KYC approval, and Platform discretion. The Platform may approve, delay, adjust, deny, cancel, or reverse payouts without obligation.

Payout reviews may take up to 5-7 business days or longer. If violations are discovered after payout, the Platform reserves the right to reverse or reclaim such payouts.

Payout percentages, limits, scaling, and conditions are defined on the Platform and may be modified prospectively. No payout structure creates a vested or perpetual right.

The User is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and legal compliance related to payouts. The Platform may deduct taxes if required by law.

Operating or benefiting from multiple accounts without explicit written approval is prohibited. This includes accounts linked by identity, device, IP, payment method, or associated individuals. The Platform's determination of linkage is final.

Platform records, system logs, and demo server data constitute the sole authoritative source of truth. User-provided screenshots or external tools are not determinative.

The Platform is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors arising from third-party services, including brokers, servers, payment gateways, APIs, or cloud providers.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. No uptime, continuity, or error-free operation is guaranteed.

The Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the User.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims arising from misuse, violations, or illegal activity.

The Platform shall not be liable for failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including technical, governmental, or natural events.

Abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful conduct is prohibited and may result in termination. Official communication occurs via registered email or dashboard.

All systems, logic, rules, content, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

The Platform may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without User consent.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and the Platform and supersedes all prior communications.

In case of ambiguity, the Platform's interpretation shall prevail.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.

The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

Initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or fraudulent claim through a payment provider is strictly prohibited. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated: the user account may be immediately suspended or terminated, all challenges and payouts may be canceled, and the user may be permanently banned from the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to submit platform logs, trading data, IP records, and usage history as evidence to payment processors or authorities.

Users may not operate multiple accounts directly or indirectly without explicit written approval. This includes but is not limited to: same identity or KYC, same device or IP address, related individuals (family, friends, associates), shared payment methods, and coordinated or mirrored trading behavior. The Platform's determination of account linkage is final.

The Platform may restrict or prohibit trading practices that violate fair and skill-based evaluation principles, including but not limited to: Ultra-short-term scalping; Latency or execution arbitrage; Tick-based exploitation; Grid or martingale strategies (if restricted); News-based trading during restricted periods; Trade manipulation or artificial volume creation. Specific restrictions applicable to a challenge are displayed on the user dashboard and may vary.

Payout percentages, limits, scaling rules, and eligibility criteria are defined on the Platform interface. The Platform reserves the right to modify payout structures, impose payout caps, change scaling conditions, and adjust payout frequency. Such changes apply prospectively and do not create guaranteed rights.

Passing a challenge does not exempt a user from compliance. If violations are detected before or after challenge completion, the Platform may invalidate the challenge, cancel payouts, or terminate the account.

Platform records, system logs, broker/demo server data, and internal monitoring systems constitute the final and authoritative source of truth. Screenshots, user-side recordings, or third-party tools are not considered definitive evidence.

The official language of the Platform and all legal documents is English. In case of translation discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

Users agree not to initiate or participate in collective, class, or representative legal actions against the Platform. Claims must be brought individually.
